Hailey Kate Chatlin

Hailey Kate Chatlin is a graduate of New York Law School and is admitted to practice in New York. While in law school, she supported first-year students in developing essential study and exam skills as an Academic Success Program Teaching Fellow. She also served as a Student Attorney and Research Assistant for the NYLS Patent Law Clinic, working directly on intellectual property matters, drafting prosecution documents and detailed patent research under the guidance of an experienced patent attorney.

In addition to her academic roles, Hailey Kate gained valuable experience at a municipal defense firm, broadening her exposure to civil defense litigation and public-sector legal strategy. She further strengthened her commitment to advocacy through volunteer work with the NYLS Asylum Clinic, where she assisted individuals seeking refuge in the United States, and as a National Lawyers Guild Legal Observer.
