Elena LaCorte works on cases involving negligence, civil rights, and artificial intelligence in the firm’s general liability department. Elena attended the University of Miami School of Law, during which time she worked with the ACLU of Florida and state and federal public defender offices. She was a junior editor of UM’s Race and Social Justice Law Review, in which her note Civil Rights v. The First Amendment and the Erosion of the Belief-Action Dichotomy was published in February 2025.
Before starting at BMM, she completed a judicial clerkship for a Superior Court judge in Hudson County, Criminal Division. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and is pending admission in New York.
