Mr. Knel is an experienced litigator. Before joining Barry McTiernan & Moore LLC, he handled bodily injury claims involving automobile liability, premises liability, and construction defects. He also represented Insurance and public utility companies in subrogation claims involving property damage, basic PIP, and APIP. Mr.Knel successfully represented homeowners and renters in cases involving slip/trip and falls and snow/ice. He has successfully prepared motions for summary judgment in automobile liability and threshold cases, slip/trip and fall, and snow/ice cases.
